CRSM access for those faculty who are involved with departmental scheduling and establishment of registration parameters is available through Registration Services, and must be requested independently of the Departmental Access System.

For those faculty and staff who are administrative on-line users (IDMSDC Administrative System), the Departmental Access System can be requested via CCIT's online form.

The online form is found under the heading "Administrative Userid Request". Request for access, along with requests for other specific student data related commands (including the 'standard structure of the Departmental Access System itemized below), will be routed to the appropriate Department Chair and/or Dean for approval. A space for the email address of this person is provided on the form.  Once submitted, a copy of the request is sent to them via email, and upon approval, is forwarded to Enterprise Applications Internal Support for processing. The DAPS-54 form can still be used, but we encourage use of the online form for speedier processing. For further information or questions, You may contact EA Internal Support via eadesk@clemson.edu.
