Effective spring term 2008, full-time University employees may register for up to six hours at no charge (excluding lab fees) during fall, spring, Maymester/first summer session, and second summer session. Please note that for billing purposes, Maymester and first summer session are considered one session; and employees may take six hours during the combined terms at no charge. Additional hours are assessed at the regular rate per hour.

Avoid Late Charges
•Apply for admission as early as possible
•Register early for courses if possible
•If you register for more than 6 hours or for courses that
 carry a lab fee, follow the payment procedures on
 tuition and fees
•The late enrollment fee applies to all students, including
 faculty and staff

 

Avoid Schedule Cancellation
Pay the software fee and any lab fees (or additional credit hour fees) in the Bursar's office, G08 Sikes Hall. If there are no additional fees, log into SISweb to confirm enrollment prior to the fee deadline.

Faculty and staff enrolling in classes for the first time should call the Bursar's office at 656-5592 to request faculty/staff coding in order to be eligible for the 6 hour fee waiver. The employee fee waiver does not include the $12.00 software licensing fee or any lab fees which may be incurred.
